    This is a fun and challenging class that helps build strength, balance and flexibility. It is half reformer work and half mat/standing work. There is an emphasis on balance, strength, and good movement mechanics. There is ab work but no traditional crunches that are contraindicated for may issues or injuries of the spine.

    This class takes you beyond the boundaries of a reformer class by adding the use of the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp, the Bosu and or the TRX suspension traps.  This multilevel workout is designed to improve strength, stamina and possibly leave one a little sweaty!

    Aroma touch therapy is a clinical approach that involves applying essential oils along specific contact points on the back and feet that directly aid in the balance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Aroma touch therapy can improve overall well-being by reducing physical and emotional stressors and supporting healthy autonomic function. We now have two certified aroma touch therpists that use top of the line essential oils in their practice.
