The willPower Method® is a barefoot fitness class that enhances every lifestyle. It combines strong cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility training into one fluid format for students of all levels and abilities. Like a superfood, a small dose goes a long way; and it’s got the power to strengthen, invigorate, and protect.
This workout builds strength through functional exercises to keep your body fit and free from injury. We focus on balance, flexibility and proper alignment for better posture. Unlike many other workouts, we focus on building strength and flexibility in the feet as well. The willPower Method® consists of a warm-up, a cardio portion and a "flexible strength" portion which involves some yoga and isometrics.
Some students choose to bring a yoga mat during the flexible strength segment. It is easy to adapt the workout to fit any fitness level and helps build a strong through functional movement that you would use in everyday life.
